Terms of Service for GBar

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GBar mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by BLUEOUTLOOK LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
GBar is a social platform for the LGBTQ+ community. The Service may include:
- Social networking features
- Real-time messaging
- Activity discovery and organization
- Location-based user discovery
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain only one account per person (unless expressly permitted)
3. Community Rules & UGC (Zero Tolerance Policy)
GBar is a safe space. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to:
- Post illegal, non-consensual, sexually explicit (in public profiles), harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Send spam, or promote prostitution, escort services, or illegal drugs
We commit to reviewing user reports of inappropriate content within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove content and immediately terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these rules.
4. Content & License
You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service. You are responsible for the legality of the content you provide.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your information.
6. VIP Subscription
If the Service offers VIP subscriptions:
- Subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings
- Refunds are handled according to App Store policies
7. Intellectual Property
GBar and our logos, designs, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by us or our licensors.
8. Disclaimers & Assumption of Risk
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR MEDICAL SCREENINGS ON OUR USERS. You assume all risks associated with interacting with other users, both online and offline. You are solely responsible for taking appropriate safety precautions and protecting your own health (including safe sex and STD/HIV prevention).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLUEOUTLOOK LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any bodily injury, property damage, or emotional distress resulting from your interactions with other users or offline activities created via the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
12. Apple App Store Acknowledgment
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: These Terms are strictly between you and BLUEOUTLOOK LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App, maintenance, support, or addressing any claims (including product liability or intellectual property infringement).
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required for safety or legal reasons.
